Turning Dreams Into Itineraries - The Planning Process
Step 1: We start with a free consultation or a conversation, either by phone or video call. You tell me what you're dreaming about, what your must-sees are, your travel style, your budget, and any concerns. I ask a bunch of questions because these details matter.
Step 2: Research & Design - I build you a custom travel planning itinerary. This includes researching the best tours, comparing accommodations, mapping logistics, and making sure the pacing works.
Step 3: Review & Revise - I present the itinerary to you. We tweak it together until it's perfect. Want an extra day in London? Done. Prefer a different hotel? Let's find one. This is your trip.
Step 4: Booking & Coordination - Once you approve, I handle all the bookings, flights, hotels, tours, transfers, everything. You get a detailed final itinerary with confirmations, contact info, and my personal travel tips.
Ongoing Support: I'm available leading up to your trip for any questions or last-minute adjustments. And if something goes sideways while you're traveling, I'm just an email, text, or phone call away!
What It Costs
Consultation & Planning Fees: Initial consultation is complimentary.
Custom travel planning fees range from $150-500 depending on length and complexity of the trip:
$150: Simple trips (one destination, straightforward logistics)
$200: Moderate complexity - 1 wk - (more than one city/state/country, mix of tours and independent travel)
$300: Complex itineraries - 1 wk (multiple cities/states/countries, intricate logistics, lots of customization).
$400: Complex itineraries - up to 10 days (multiple cities/states/countries, intricate logistics, lots of customization).
$500: Complex itineraries - over 10 days (multiple cities/states/countries, intricate logistics, lots of customization).
Fees cover my expertise, and the hours I spend designing your perfect trip. Fees also help to compensate me for non-commissionable pieces of your travel dreams.
Supplier Commissions: I also earn commission from some tour operators, hotels, and cruise lines when I book travel for you. This helps keep my planning fees reasonable while ensuring I'm working to find you the best value and experiences.
What You Pay for Travel: You pay the actual cost of your trip including: flights, hotels, tours, etc.. I provide full pricing breakdowns upfront, no surprises.

- The actual cost of travel (you pay tour operators, airlines, hotels directly)
